Zippy’s, the beloved Hawaiʻi-based restaurant chain, celebrated the one-year anniversary of its first Mainland location last year, and now it’s poised to open its second.

A year after it opened in Las Vegas, Zippy’s announced its opening a second location—also in Vegas, about 8 miles away at 4590 S. Hualapai Way—in the Summerlin South area. The opening date is March 18, 2025.

“The Las Vegas community has been so welcoming to our Zippy’s ‘ohana; we’re excited to continue serving and sharing our aloha with the Las Vegas community,” says senior regional director, Belma Soliven. “Though miles away from Hawaiʻi, the community here in Las Vegas continues to make us feel right at home.”

The restaurant, which has 22 locations on three islands in Hawaiʻi, will feature a menu of local favorites, including chili, Korean fried chicken and the popular Zip Pac. Napoleon’s Bakery—with dobash cakes, cornbread and malasadas—will open in this location, too.
