It’s 2021 and the “Have Aloha Will Travel” podcast is back—for the first time since last year.

To celebrate the passing of 2020, Cat and Kevin decided they’d give listeners a sneak peek at some things HAWAIʻI Magazine is planning to do in 2021, like a brand-spanking-new website and producing more Neighbor Island content. Our “Holoholo” video series is also making a comeback—you can see a recent video we did on Christmas in Waikīkī—as well as Facebook polls where we turn to you, our readers and listeners, for input on Hawaiʻi-questions.

The crew also discusses some of their 2021 resolutions and planned-adventures. Kevin really wants to hike Mānoa Falls and stay in a hotel room again, while Cat is looking to travel to Hawaiʻi Island once more to see the new lava flows and the lava lake of Halemaʻumaʻu Crater. Until traveling is made easy again, however, Cat will have to look at Andrew Richard Hara’s stunning lava photography.
