New luxury accommodations open to guests on Kauai

Club Cottage

Visitors to the Garden Isle have a new luxury accommodation option on the South Shore. The Lodge at Kukuiula are new island-style abodes that opened in July inside the residential Club at Kukuiula on Kauai. .

Kukuiula opened in 2011 as an upscale residential community, and now sports 15 two or three bedroom Club Cottages, as well as six four-bedroom Club Villas available for nightly rental with no minimum night stay. All were designed in the traditional Kauai plantation-style and feature modern Island-style interiors.

The cottages opened in July, while the villas just opened last month.

Each Club Cottage overlooks the community’s gardens or the mountains and can sleep up to six people. They feature King Beds in all rooms, full kitchen with granite counter tops, made-in-Kauai artwork, a laundry room and outdoor amenities such as a lava-rock shower, fire pit, grill and tiki torches.

Property representatives note that the accommodations are ideal for families or multiple couples traveling together. Prices are from $1,000 to $1,800 per night with no minimum stay.
